For Thanksgiving, Masala will offer a special holiday buffet complete with Indian style Tandoori turkey right up to the Indian version of pumkin pie. Dinner menu standouts include the Butter Chicken - pieces seared in a Tandoori oven then braised in a rich tomato sauce with nuts, the Shrimp Goa Curry - simmered with coconut in a spicy gravy, and the Rack of Lamb - marinated in ginger, garlic and several Indian spices, then roasted Tandoori style. No grease, fat, nor oil here.
